Concerns, Comments, Complaints - We are listening
The ISCT strives to be a place of welcoming and belonging. To do this we need to continuously learn and grow. Hearing from you is one way we can do this. We are open to your feedback and want to hear it. Anything from a concern or comment to a conflict or complaint, we are listening. Your feedback will go to our leadership team that includes the Board President, a Fellow, and the Coordinator. One of these three members will follow up with you about your feedback and work with you to determine the steps to take in response. Those steps could be anything from a conversation, to proposed changes to policy/procedure, to a mediation. We commit to being prompt in our responses and keeping you informed of the progress and timeline . This Response System is designed to offer an avenue for those who want to provide the Institute with a comment, complaint, compliment, concern, or conflict about a service and/or a person operating under the real or perceived aspects of the Institute. Our aim is that this system will foster belonging through modeling the Institute's commitment to engaging constructively with conflict at all levels.
