Short Bio

Former Executive Director of the City of Dayton Human Relations Council and the Dayton Mediation Center.

He is one of the principal facilitators of the community conversation that resulted in the Welcome Dayton Plan.

He is currently a Fellow and is a former Board president of the Institute for the Study of Conflict Transformation (ISCT).

He is married, with three children, lives in Dayton, Ohio, and with his wife, stewards two properties in Highland County and Montgomery County in Ohio.
